How do I enter?

Playing our competitions is simple!

1. First head over to our Competitions page and select ‘enter’ on a competition.

2. Then select the number of tickets you are purchasing and answer the question.

3. Finally proceed to checkout, create an account and finalise your order.

How many tickets can I buy?

Every competition will list the available maximum tickets per person, this ensures a fair chance for everyone who wishes to enter.

How much is it to enter?

Tickets start at 75p per ticket. Ticket prices may vary depending on the prize value.

How do I play?

You will be presented with a simple question with three answer options. Simply click or tap on the answer you think is correct, then checkout and create your account. Tickets can still be purchased if you answer incorrectly. No refunds are given for incorrect answers.

We are. But we know just saying it is not enough proof. Hopefully this will help though:

• We use a Google random number generator to determine a winning ticket number
• Prizes are paid out within 48 hours of competition draw.

We will use a Google random number generator on the live draw to determine a winning ticket number. This means that if you have purchased multiple tickets, you will have more chance of being picked as a winner. Make sure you answer correctly though, incorrect answers cannot be picked as winners!

We only accept debit cards. In the UK, credit cards are not permitted for competition entries. The same applies to Apple & Google pay.

We use a trusted payment gateway that allows payment for competition entries with a debit card so you can only spend what you have.

How is the winner decided?

Winners are chosen at random once the competition ends, we use a random number generator to generate the winning ticket.

Is there always a winner?

Yes! We guarantee a winner every month.

Is there a cash alternative?

No, unless stated on the competition.  

Will I be named as the winner publicly?

We will always ask for your permission to use your personal information when announcing the winner. Typically, this will be your first name, your home town. 

How do I claim my prize?

We will contact you using the details saved in your account to arrange delivery within 1 week. Prizes will be delivered using a signed-for service with appropriate insurance at the cost of the winner.
